At Kingdom Ventures, we use the term "donation" and "investment" synonymously. By practical definition, any capital we give a ministry is in the form of a donation. But, we call it an investment because that's how we treat it internally. We believe we have the responsibility to allocate resources wisely and to work with our ministries to maximize their effectiveness. Kingdom Ventures gets no monetary returns for its efforts. Our investment return is simply to glorify God through innovative ministries.
What kinds of ministries does Kingdom Ventures invest in?
- We invest in people who have been called by God to their ministries and who love those who they minister to.
- We invest in people who intimately know the cultures, peoples, and communities within which they are building their ministry.
- We invest in early stage ministries that are generally at concept stage or that are still in fledgling stages of development.
- We invest in ministries that have the potential to be a permanent platform for Christian witness.
- We invest in ministries that are addressing a clear need in its target community.
- We invest in people who desire to have both the rigorous support and accountability that Kingdom Ventures brings to its investments.
If you know of a prospective investment, please contact Larry Cheng at larry@kingdomventures.org.
